We love Rachel… She made our wedding so much fun, so magical, stress free and we were able to enjoy our celebration to the fullest with our family and friends.
We live in Texas, so planning from a distance was stressful in the beginning.
Once we met Rachel, we were so relieved. Everything went smoothly. She was always so available. She really put herself into everything she did, finding vendors for us within our budget, visiting private properties for us (which were far away), taking pictures and videos so we could have a good look of the venue. Rachel Rios, helped plan my destination wedding at the Barcelo Bavaro Palace Deluxe in Punta Cana on 7/25/15. She did an amazing job. We had 90 plus guests and she made sure everything is perfect. Rachel even helped the resort’s bridal department setup from the ceremony to the dinner reception. Nothing is impossible for Rachel. She makes sure everything is 100% perfect. I highly recommend her for any event…small or big. Rachel will make sure the event gets done accordingly.

From folding napkins at 11 o’clock at night, to setting up tables the morning of the wedding, Rachel was there getting it all done. There was even an instance when my sister panicked because she realized on the DAY OF THE WEDDING that she didn’t have table numbers! So Rachel and I went to a craft store, bright and early, to find some and then Rachel somehow incorporated them into the centerpieces. I can’t even describe how helpful, fun and talented she was during this wedding. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs an amazing wedding planner, who you can also have a great time with!

Rachel did an excellent job! Firstly, she helped arrange for the DJ who was absolutely excellent and planned all the visual enhancements that made my daughters graduation party over the top! From the flower arrangements, table décor, lighting and decorating ideas, she transformed my outdoor party space into a beautiful setting that everyone talked about for weeks! Rachel was certainly invaluable to me. I didnt realize all the work it takes and all the little details a party entails. She allowed me and my family to enjoy my daughters party!!
